Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 10 days from the date on which you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The goods were purchased within the last 20 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods are not eligible for return:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, including items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

• Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to damage

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service.

Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.
