ZERO CLUE

My life is spinning faster than the Earth,
my days and nights dressed in a suit and white shirt.
Hardly, almost impossible, I can take a few days off,
and even then I must accept all phone calls with love.

I admire this valuable time in the plane—
you could think I am insane—
this is my time, untouchable and unreachable,
to be free from the phone, life feels like a miracle.

Many addictions, technology dependence,
a new world with a different perception.
Independence is almost not acceptable—
we must always be reachable and traceable.

How wonderful is time when you are in the clouds,
in the bright sky so blue,
while people are wondering and angry about you—
with zero clue.

And I know well, the moment we touch down,
I will put the technology crown.
I love flying—it means so much to me,
but I realise my business does not always agree.

Deep in the endless sky so blue,
hiding from the world with zero clue—
no demands, no calls to answer, I am unknown
for a few precious hours, my life is truly my own.
